I have been working as a yoga teacher since I finished my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Yoga Arts in 2011. I am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
My training was extensive in yoga asana, pranayama, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy.
My background as a physiotherapist gives me a thorough knowledge of the body’s anatomy and physical health, which I integrate with the yogic holistic approach.
